UPDATE: Identifying suspects in possible bias-related incident

We have a witness that provided information there were three females and one male in the area at the time the rope was left . The witness had seen two of the females prior, usually near the Porter College bus stop, and believed they were very good friends or could be roommates or a couple. The witness described one of these two females as having thin blond hair with pink or purple color mixed in. 
 
The other female was blond as well and the male had dark hair. All the girls had light colored hair, were slight in stature but nothing else specific.
