Recharge Rates

  • All recharges require a three-hour minimum.
  • Requests, submitted as an event notification form (PDF), must be received by the Police Department at least six to eight weeks in advance of the event.
  • Requests will be filled on a first-come, first-serve basis.
  • The Police Department may not be able to fill all requests due to staffing limitations.
  • An $18.00 Administrative Fee will be charged for each event.
  • With the Campus Budget Director Register’s approval of the Direct Costing Committee’s 2024-25 recharge rate, our hourly rates are now the following:
    • Police Officer $101.44
    • Police Sergeant  $161.21
    • Lead Dispatcher $100.20
    • Dispatcher $79.85
    • Student Ambassadors $16.48

Some or all instruction for all or part of the Academic Year may be delivered remotely.  Tuition and fees have been set regardless of the method of instruction and will not be refunded in the event instruction occurs remotely for any part of the Academic Year.  Figures for tuition and fees represent currently approved amounts and may not be final.  Actual tuition and fees are subject to change by the University of California as determined to be necessary or appropriate.  Final approved tuition and fee levels may differ from the amounts presented.
